Returns and Refunds Policy

Return eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, complete and returned in their original packaging.

Starting a return

Email support@wikitoy.store with your order details before returning an item. We will provide the return instructions and address.

Return delivery

Unless the product is faulty or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return postage. Use suitable protective packaging.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and checked. Original delivery charges are not refunded unless required by law.
